Windy Chi-town

Woke up and decided to stroll over to my fav study location and all of a sudden a gush of wind almost knocked me over as I walked. The wind is here. We've had great weather & now no more. The winds are very strong and I wonder if I could get carried away sometimes since I'm small.

Classes etc

So classes are ramping up and this week has been crazy busy. My plate is overflowing with committments I made to people (why??) and now, I'm overcommitted.. so looking very forward to the weekend but it's only Tuesday so...

We did a case on Pepsi in my strategy class and hacing worked there & then discussing it was totally amazing. It's so much different when we work at a company than when you are analyzing why things work the way they do... blew me away but also made me think Strat class is a lot more difficult than I thought.

Makes me realize that there's a lot more to just thinking you want to start a business than the ideas like can it be easily imitated, what are the barriers to cost, competitive advantages & leveraging them.... good stuff to know.
